Description

Combining this super-intensive French course with a total exposure to the local language is the ideal way to improve your fluency while making new friends and experiencing a new culture. Our dedicated partners at the excellent France Langue language school in Biarritz provide stimulating and effective lesson plans designed to be effective as well as engaging.

Students attend twenty-six French lessons per week in small classes where they improve their French comprehension, expression and grammar in a stimulating environment. You will learn alongside other international students and practise your conversation skills together during interactive group work.

Outside of class, you will build confidence in speaking French in everyday situations as you chat with locals during activities and sightseeing.

Accommodation

To create an amazing experience while studying abroad, we understand that safe, comfortable and clean accommodation is essential. The supportive team at France Langue source caring and welcoming host families located close to the language school where you take classes. 

Here you can share a double room with another student or opt for a single room. Students can also be provided with either full or half board from their host families.Transfer between Biarritz airport and your host family accommodation is provided but you are required to inform your host family of your travel plans at least fifteen days ahead of your arrival in France.

We understand that each student's needs are unique. If you have any dietary or medical requirements, please do not hesitate to inform us at the point of booking.

You’ll need to arrange your own flights. But we are happy to help advise you on the most direct route.

You can fly out any Sunday and start classes the next day.

Students will stay with a welcoming host family who live a short distance from the France Langue language school in Biarritz. Each host family is previously vetted by the school staff.

Students can opt to stay from one to four weeks.

Having a foundation of conversational French is beneficial to students going on any of our language courses but even less advanced students will see their fluency flourish in a short space of time during this immersive experience.

Transfer between the airport and your host family’s home is provided on arrival and departure.

While you will be provided with full or half board, you’ll need money for socialising and shopping during your time away.

Students can opt to share a room with a friend or can be placed with another student if they have travelled alone. Staying with a student who you didn’t know before your trip is a great way to widen your circle of friends while getting the chance to practice your language skills with new people.
