Accommodation

There are 2 accommodation options:

Homestay

Students stay with local Hosts who are vetted and chosen by the language school, InLingua La Rochelle. Students will have their own room or can share with a friend. The Hosts chosen by inLingua are of a much higher standard than most other locations. As La Rochelle is not a haven for language tourists, the Hosts are taking students for the right reasons. We realise that Homestay accommodation is not for everyone. If you select this type of accommodation, you will need to be open-minded and understand that you may not benefit from all your usual creature comforts. You have to be willing to practice your French no matter how bad you may think it is! You will have breakfast and dinner with your Host as well as lunch on the weekends.

Student Residence

Students stay in the student residence (if there are at least 10 students booked in at the same time). There are twin/triple and quad rooms available. Students can share a room with friends if they would like to. A dedicated group leader will also stay in the student residence to oversee the students and to offer guidance.

With both accommodation options, curfews apply
