Description

We are affiliated with a quality assured language school based in Florence called the Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci. During their stay in this exciting Italian city, students attend twenty lessons per week taught by fully qualified tutors.

These stimulating classes focus on broadening your Italian vocabulary, developing your written and oral comprehension and improving your conversation skills. Through engaging individual class exercises and interactive group work, students will quickly gain enough confidence to practise what they’ve learnt during lessons in everyday situations with native speakers.

Accommodation

We understand that every student’s needs are unique and that in order to create a positive immersive experience abroad, it is vital to secure safe, comfortable and clean accommodation close to your language school.

You’ll be placed with a previously assessed host family in Florence who will provide you with an authentic Italian experience as you eat meals together and practise your language skills with them. Here you can share a double room or opt for a single room. Your host family will provide you with breakfast and dinner and you can buy lunch at the language school.

If you have any specific dietary or medical requirements, please do not hesitate to let us know at the point of booking to allow us to accommodate you as best as possible.

School Introduction Video

Students will stay with a warm and welcoming host family a short distance from the Scuola Leonardo da Vinci language school where you’ll take classes. Your friendly host family have been previously assessed by the dedicated staff at the language school and will provide you with safe and comfortable accommodation during your stay.

Students can opt to stay for two or three weeks. If you book a two week trip but want to extend your stay while you’re there, that’s no problem.

While all meals are provided, you’ll need money for socialising and shopping during your time away.

No. A foundation of conversational Italian is helpful but this immersive experience will hugely benefit your fluency.

Transfer between the airport and your host family’s home is provided on arrival and departure for a surcharge.

Students can opt to share a room with friends or will be placed with another student. Staying with a student you don’t know is a great way to widen your circle of friends while practising your language skills.

Flights are not included in this course but we are happy to advise you one the most direct route.

Students can fly out any Sunday of the year and start classes the next day.
