Description

We are affiliated with the Malaca Instituto, a fantastic language school based in the centre of Malaga. This quality assured school received the Star Award, a prestigious international award granted to the best language schools in Europe. As part of the intensive Spanish course, students attend twenty interactive lessons per week taught by dynamic tutors in a stimulating environment. During these classes, you’ll focus on developing your fluency through working on your overall Spanish comprehension and expression. Students will also get the opportunity to improve their conversational skills outside of class time through chatting to locals and friends which is an essential element in making the most of this immersive experience.

Accommodation

To ensure you have a positive experience while studying abroad, we understand that safe and comfortable accommodation is vital. Students have two options when visiting Malaga: homestay accommodation or student residences. Students under the age of sixteen are required to stay with host families, who have been thoroughly vetted by the dedicated staff at the Malaca Instituto to ensure each student is suitably matched. Your host family’s home will be located a short distance from the language school. You’ll be provided with full board and can share a twin room with another student.

Students over the age of sixteen can decide between staying with a host family or at Malaca Instituto’s on-site student residences at Club Hispánico. This modern campus is equipped with classrooms, a library, a restaurant, a swimming pool and terraces to relax on after class. Here you can share a twin room with a friend or other international students and practise Spanish in a multicultural environment. Students are provided with full board during their stay and have access to their own bathroom. Should you have any preferences or food allergies, please inform us at the point of booking to allow us to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

You can fly out any Sunday during the course of this summer camp and start classes the next day.

Students will stay with a previously vetted host family close to the language school or if over 17 they can stay at the residence where they will attend classes.

Students can opt to stay from two to four weeks.

Transfer between the airport and your accommodation is provided on arrival and departure.

You’ll need to arrange your own flights. But we are happy to help advise you on the most direct route.

While all meals are provided, you’ll need money for socialising and shopping during your time away.

Having a foundation of conversational Spanish is beneficial to students going on any of our language courses but even less advanced students will see their fluency flourish in a short space of time during this immersive experience.

Students can opt to share a room with a friend or can be placed with another student if they have travelled alone. Staying with a student who you didn’t know before your trip is a great way to widen your circle of friends while getting the chance to practice your language skills with new people.
